Description
The Customized T621-1.5X0.8 (282110-1/282466-1) AMP Automotive Terminal is a heavy-duty electrical contact solution engineered for high-current applications in modern vehicles. These precision-stamped terminals feature a robust 1.5mm × 0.8mm cross-section and comply with TE Connectivity’s AMP standardized specifications, ensuring perfect interoperability in battery management systems, starter motor circuits, and charging assemblies. The tin-plated copper alloy construction delivers 25A continuous current capacity with minimal voltage drop, while the patented contact spring geometry maintains stable conductivity even under severe vibration (tested to USCAR-2 standards). Compatible with 282110-1 (female) and 282466-1 (male) connector series, these terminals support wire gauges from AWG 16 to 12 and include an anti-overstress latch for assembly error prevention. Custom options include heat-resistant nylon housings (125°C rated) and laser-etched QR codes for automated traceability in EV production lines.
